Q: If my merchandise is damaged, can I return it?
A: Please refer to our 'Return Policy' located in 'Our Services' page.



Q: How accurate are the photographs of the merchandise?
A: Our photographs are actual pictures of the products we sell. They are most likely not the exact piece you will receive. Please understand that there is a great variation in wood colors and graining as well as the variety of woods used in many of our pieces. We have noted this variance in most of our products where it is present, particularly in our 'crazy wood pieces'.



Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally?
A: At this time we do not accept International orders. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are subject to special shipping charges. At this time we will only accept orders for Alaska and Hawaii that are able to fit into USPS Flat Rate Shipping Boxes. We will charge the flat rate depending on the size of box required to adequately pack the item and appropriate packing materials to protect the contents.

Special information for Alaska, Hawaii and International customers. We currently DO NOT ship to these locations. Although our website often has additional shipping charges at the item level for Alaska/Hawaii, it is best for you to contact us to: 1) determine if the item can be shipped to your location and, 2) allow us to give you a quote including the shipping charges. As is apparent throughout our site, we will attempt to be as reasonable and conservative as possible in calculating your final bill.
